Meeting 2 - Discuss Service Options

 

Based on our discussion, I will prepare a summary of what we have discussed and your needs. 

 

Depending on the amount and complexity of the design, I will prepare a fee proposal for you to consider.  If you accept this proposal, I will credit the fee of the initial consultation against this fee. This fee may include various options you may consider (for instance, you may just want a 2 dimensional plan, or a full 3D plan with a walk through video.

 

You may also decide whether you need a report with detail information on structures, plants, site preparation feeding & pruning requirements. If council approval is required, you may decide to liaise with them directly, or I can do it on your behalf etc). 

 

Develop concept plans

 

After our second meeting, and after you have decided which services you wish to proceed with, I prepare a rough concept plan with some alternative design ideas for you to consider. This may also include initial ideas of plants that could be used in specific areas.

 

These concept plans are based on all of the information I have gathered about you and your lifestyle, the site with its specific characteristics, and information gathered during the site analysis . 

 

When this is completed, I arrange our next meeting to discuss these concepts.

 

It gets more exciting at this point, as it gets easier to visualise what your space could look and feel like.
