Brand new house with 4,000 sq m of turf but no garden - a clean slate!

 

The client wanted a resort feel around the pool and entertainment area, with informal screening from neighbours and protection from the western sun. A timber deck was also added to transition from the formal architecture to the resort area.

A footpath was constructed from decomposed granite to provide ready access between the front and backyard and ease of maintenance.
